I'm Meg, and I've built the exact kind of creative business I now help you build.

I founded and ran a studio business for five years, led business strategy at a music education university and have worked beside creative businesses - so when I say I understand what it takes to build a sustainable creative business, it's not theory. I've done the late nights, the pricing panic, the "is this actually working" spiral - and come out the other side each time with a plan and the confidence to run it.

Now I help other creative entrepreneurs - founders, freelancers, and small business owners with an idea they care about - do the same: turn clarity into a plan, and a plan into consistent action.
